Rewards & Payment Policy

This policy outlines how points are earned, valued, and redeemed on the Credivo platform. 1. POINTS VALUE 100 points = RM 1.00. Points have no cash value until successfully redeemed through approved channels. 2. EARNING POINTS Points are awarded upon successful completion and approval of tasks. Pending points are subject to a holding period before becoming available for redemption. 3. HOLDING PERIOD Approved points are held for up to 45 days before release. Points may be released earlier at the discretion of the task creator or platform admin. 4. REDEMPTION METHODS Available redemption methods include: - Touch 'n Go eWallet - Bank Transfer - PayPal - Gift Vouchers 5. MINIMUM REDEMPTION The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 points (RM 10.00). 6. PROCESSING TIMES - Touch 'n Go: 1-3 business days - Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days - PayPal: 1-2 business days - Gift Vouchers: 1-3 business days 7. FEES Processing fees may apply to certain redemption methods. The applicable fee will be displayed prior to confirming your redemption. 8.
