This page outlines the legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures applicable to Credivo users. 1. JURISDICTION These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the Credivo platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. 2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 3. MEDIATION If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 4. COURTS If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, you agree that such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, specifically the courts of Kuala Lumpur. 5. CLASS ACTION WAIVER You agree to resolve any disputes with Credivo on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. 6. LIMITATION PERIOD Any claim arising from or relating to the use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred. 7. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
