We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. 2. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Credivo shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, revenue, or data - Business interruption - Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform 3. MAXIMUM LIABILITY Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of points redeemed by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. 4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Credivo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services accessed through our platform, including offerwall partners and payment processors. 5. FORCE MAJEURE Credivo shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events. 6. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold Credivo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. 7.
