Delete your Credivo account

This is the account deletion page for Credivo. Use it to request that your Credivo account and associated data be deleted.

How to delete your account

Option 1: In Credivo

If you can still sign in:

  1. Go to Credivo and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion through Profile is processed immediately after you confirm.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address.

Include your registered email address and state that you want your Credivo account and associated data deleted.

Email Credivo support

We only process requests sent from the email address on the account.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymize:

  • Personal profile data, including name, email address, profile photo, gender, and date of birth
  • Authentication credentials, including password, signed-in sessions, and Google sign-in links
  • Access to your Credivo wallet, tasks, and the rest of the site

Data that may be kept

Some records are kept for a limited time where the law or anti-fraud rules require it.

  • Reward, redemption, and withdrawal records, and related transaction audit logs

These records may be retained for up to 7 years, then deleted or fully anonymized.

Remaining points and pending redemptions are forfeited when the account is deleted.
